Eloise's 1st Birthday

As most of you know we recently celebrated Eloise's 1st Birthday and just writing that now feels weird as its still not quite hit me that i have a 1 year old!!

On her actual birthday which was 24th March i took her to the Eden Project. Decarlo (my fiance) has just started a new job so unfortunately he had to work that day. So instead my grandad who me and Eloise are very close with took us. We had an amazing day if your not familiar with the Eden project do visit one of my previous posts talking about it in detail! We're very lucky to live near to such an amazing place that we can visit whenever we want! We had such a lovely day there and Eloise thoroughly enjoyed herself!

She had a few presents from family members to open on her actual birthday which was nice! We brought her a massive pool which she can use for swimming or we brought her a few bags of balls so she can have a ball pool in her bedroom which she is obsessed with! She was also given lots of bits and bobs for our holiday to Cuba in June which is super super exciting!

On the Saturday (25th) we had a birthday party for her at our house where we just had family members over (theres a lot of them) I put on a huge spread of food and made her birthday cake. It was such a beautiful day in Cornwall the sun was out and everyone had a good time.

Then unfortunately Eloise became ill with a virus and i did to so that was a bad end to a really great weekend! But shes on the mend now which is the main thing!

Whilst at the Eden Project i took my new Go Pro Hero 5 to try out a bit of filming on it in preparation for the holiday. Im going to try and edit a few of the clips and put it together for a Youtube video. But i will definitely be doing more on it from now on so i can get the filming technique perfect for June!

I would now just like to thank everyone who wished Eloise a happy birthday and anyone who gave her a present, card or money she has been very spoilt!

Also im sorry i have been a bit quiet recently on the blog and youtube, with Decarlo starting the new job he has needed my laptop (sigh) so ive been at home with Eloise having tonnes of fun but not being able to do much work, so im back now and im determined to smash 1,000 subscribers on Youtube by 2018 so please help me along with that if you havnt already my channel is Lydia Anne.

Thanks so much for reading and please hit that follow button on the side.

Lots of love

Baby update - 1 year old

Hi everyone, so i have been wanting to film a baby update for so long, and its so difficult to film a sit down video with Eloise as she just wants to get up and move about so i thought i would do a written version instead!

As you know from the title Eloise is now a 1 year old! Still feels weird to say and type it! So this post is just going to update you on whats shes been up to and what milestones shes been achieving!

Eloise started walking about 11 months old, she took a few steps one week and the next week she was walking from room to room so it happened super super quickly, and now as im writing this shes running around all over the place! We recently brought her first pair of shoes from clarks however one of them has now been lost, we have searched the house so we have come to the conclusion that its ended up in the bin!

We made the transition from baby milk to cows milk about 11 months old. She was already having plenty of cows milk in her cereal so we thought we would change he…

How i celebrated my 21st birthday

So on May 15th 2017 i celebrated my 21st birthday. Well i say the 15th may but i pretty much celebrated all weekend and theres still more to come!

The day before my birthday me and my mum went shopping and brought loads of stuff for our holiday to Cuba. (there is a haul on my channel Lydia Anne on YouTube) it was a really sunny day in Cornwall and it was so nice to spend the time with my mum and Eloise. After shopping i went home to find one of my sisters had decorated my front room with balloons and also put photos on my wall in the shape of a 21. These were photos from when i was born right up until now, i literally am so soppy i cried my eyes out for about 30 mins i couldn't even talk, whilst i was doing that Decarlo couldn't stop laughing at me! When i finally managed to stop crying and actually look at the photos properly Decarlo told me we were going for a meal just me him and Eloise, so i had to go and wash my face and get rid of any make up that was left on my face (wh…
