Blackberry picking and fun with my little girl

Hello everybody, once again im sorry for not writing in a little while, ive been so busy with my little family and my little lady is growing so quickly so ive been cherishing every moment. Recently we went blackberry picking (Eloise's first time) and we made a crumble with it (not a very interesting post to most people) but i thought id share it with you guys and hope that you might do the same as its so great to introduce a healthy balanced lifestyle to children and teach them where food comes from no matter the age.

So Eloise is almost 6 months old and we have been weaning her since about 4 months, she took to it like a duck to water! She LOVES food! Especially olives which i find really strange... anyway on to the blackberry picking, so where i live in Cornwall there is a few places to go however i didnt seam to see as many this year and we were walking with the pushchair so we were limited to how far we could walk without Eloise getting teasy. So we ended up with a small pot full of blackberry's as you can see Eloise is very pleased with the ones she collected. So im not going to lie we did cheat, we used the blackberry's we picked of course, but we had to buy a couple more just because the next day when we were planning on hunting elsewhere it rained all day :( thats Cornwall for you!

I myself am not a huge crumble fan, i hate hot fruit the only one i eat is apple sauce on a roast dinner (weird i know) so Decarlo decided he would take charge and make the crumble and he did a bloody good job too! I wasnt sure if Eloise would like apple and blackberry crumble but she LOVED it! These are the sorts of memories i love making as a family, and for those who said my life is over now ive had a child.... my life has just begun!

So i hope ive inspired you to go outside with your little ones, teach them where food comes from and tuck into a nice crumble at the end of a hard day!

Lots of love

Baby update - 1 year old

Hi everyone, so i have been wanting to film a baby update for so long, and its so difficult to film a sit down video with Eloise as she just wants to get up and move about so i thought i would do a written version instead!

As you know from the title Eloise is now a 1 year old! Still feels weird to say and type it! So this post is just going to update you on whats shes been up to and what milestones shes been achieving!

Eloise started walking about 11 months old, she took a few steps one week and the next week she was walking from room to room so it happened super super quickly, and now as im writing this shes running around all over the place! We recently brought her first pair of shoes from clarks however one of them has now been lost, we have searched the house so we have come to the conclusion that its ended up in the bin!

We made the transition from baby milk to cows milk about 11 months old. She was already having plenty of cows milk in her cereal so we thought we would change he…

How i celebrated my 21st birthday

So on May 15th 2017 i celebrated my 21st birthday. Well i say the 15th may but i pretty much celebrated all weekend and theres still more to come!

The day before my birthday me and my mum went shopping and brought loads of stuff for our holiday to Cuba. (there is a haul on my channel Lydia Anne on YouTube) it was a really sunny day in Cornwall and it was so nice to spend the time with my mum and Eloise. After shopping i went home to find one of my sisters had decorated my front room with balloons and also put photos on my wall in the shape of a 21. These were photos from when i was born right up until now, i literally am so soppy i cried my eyes out for about 30 mins i couldn't even talk, whilst i was doing that Decarlo couldn't stop laughing at me! When i finally managed to stop crying and actually look at the photos properly Decarlo told me we were going for a meal just me him and Eloise, so i had to go and wash my face and get rid of any make up that was left on my face (wh…
